Hopefully we can come up with something that surprises you as much as the original Blood Dragon. Only the 360 version of Far Cry 3 has FPS Boost. Much like Far Cry 3 Classic Edition that came with Far Cry 4 does not have FPS Boost, despite being the same game.
Far Cry 3 is enabled for FPS Boost, but Blood Dragon has no FPS Boost as it is a standalone title. "So the answer is no, you won't be getting another one of those. This does not run at 60 on Series X with the 360 version either. "The cool thing about Blood Dragon was that it was a surprise," creative director Alex Hutchinson told IGN. "It was a great use of the Far Cry 3 base, and had an awesome soundtrack." Fans hoping for a sequel to launch in the wake of the incoming Far Cry 4 will therefore be disappointed to hear that Ubisoft has no plans to bring the spin-off back for a sequel. Far Cry 3: Blood Dragon mightn't have been as good as the game it was built on top of, but it was still a breath of fresh air, and an enjoyable one at that.
